Seller Tip # 3 – DECLUTTER! It is necessary and it is worth it!

 

One of the first things that must take place before staging and listing a home is to DECLUTTER!

 

The potential buyer must be able to see the purpose of the room and be able walk through the room. Your REALTOR® or STAGER® will tell you that you must get it done!

 

Do you want your home to sell? Then you must go ahead and get busy with this part of the process. You may need to rent a storage unit temporarily to move some keepable items and furniture to until the sale is complete. It’s just temporary!

 

DECLUTTERING and STAGING will help your home sell faster and get you to that new home sooner!
